I must say I&#039;ve tried Samsung phones in the past, and I&#039;ve always been disappointed.  I&#039;ve been sticking with Motorola recently.  And I just got an iPhone for work.  I hate the idea of jumping on the Apple bandwagon, but it is quite nifty.</description>

		<description>The problem is that this foundation issue will adversely impact the resale value.  So say the seller pays for wall anchors.  We will essentially be paying the same amount, except that now part of the money will be going to the foundation repair company instead of the seller.  In order for this to be worth it to us, the seller must reduce the price enough to take into account the loss of resale value plus the cost of repair.  As we are the first purchase offer, I highly doubt the seller would accept this.</description>
