2 Months of Counting Calories

So close!

So close!

It’s been 2 months since I started dieting and exercising, and I’ve lost about 19 lb.  I took last week off to gorge and rest my body, so I’m not too worried about the plateau near the end of the chart.  I’m very happy with how this program has been going so far, and I now feel like the meal planning feature was worth the extra dollars.  I basically treat meal planning as a sort of game, trying to hit all my various targets while keeping the calorie count low.  I hope I can keep this up so that I look good in pictures once my baby is born!

    LOL! So that’s why you’re doing this? I usually laugh at my mom’s old pictures as well, especially the afro-hair =D
