Everyone I know uses it but they also almost always call it the 'Elephant brand' rice cooker. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of their thermos flask too. The saleslady bet her life that I would be happy with it and I haven't had to go back and make a claim on her yet. Yeah, Zojirushi all the way!
