Shorts tend to be a matter of survival down here in Houston, but the ones I used to wear rarely had pockets so I used to put all my stuff (wallet, keys, cell) in a Walmart plastic bag. That tradition stopped abruptly when I tossed the bag out while cleaning my house for a party. After realizing what I had done, I flagged down the dump truck and actually climbed inside digging around. Sadly, a Walmart bag is not exactly the most distinct of bags in a dumpster. After several extremely smelly attempts, I gave up. Getting copies of all those keys, having to get copies of all my cards (DL, Insurance, Credit), and signing a new contract just to get a new phone totally taught me a lesson: I totally should have gotten a man-purse.. or buy new shorts.
