Resist the Urge

While writing an analysis of a case study about Dell manufacturing problems and a complexity/cost analysis, had the idea to include the phrase “comparing apples to oranges.” Then I realized that it was the perfect opportunity to include an Apple pun. Finally I realized the instructor probably wouldn’t appreciate it, so I left it out. Besides, Dell doesn’t make Apples anyway.

How about some Apple pie chart instead?
Hey, when I was a kid in the 80s, I remember learning to program in BASIC at school on an Orange computer. I don’t know what company made it, but that was the brand!
hmm… or something like, “If Dell could Dell-ete the rising costs… they would buy some sandwiches…from a Dell-li… to Dell-ebrate… and Dells-turbate (later)… That is the state… of Dell! Thank you thank you! You’re a wonderful audience! =3″
Teacher: *sniff* “That was beautiful! And for once, someone who doesn’t distastefully put an Apple reference!… cause Apples taste bad, and they are rotten! And that is why I buy from the Delli! HARR HARR HARR!”
Kabitzin: *runs away as fast as he can*
