Of course, things like plumbing/PSE&G stuff we'd leave to professionals, but any time we can save money by doing things ourself, we'd just do it. It turns out that the cleaning place had given us the wrong bag originally, so the bag was tagged with another customer's information (not sure how this happened). Once the manager looked up this random person's name, she was able to get our clothes back to us, and we got the cleaning for free and grabbed some coupons as well.
