Now Get Me A Mocha

We bought a mirror that is rather large, and we have been waiting for it anxiously (well, Bunky has). However, the shipping company in charge of getting the mirror to us is horrible to deal with. They keep calling and leaving messages saying to confirm the delivery before 7 PM. Unfortunately, it is virtually impossible to ever reach anyone there, and 99% of calls end up in their voice mail (and they never follow up). The mirror was supposed to come today, but I got a voice mail saying I needed to call to confirm again (WTF?!?!) to get the mirror delivered on Wednesday. Since I didn’t have time to make another ill-fated attempt at calling them, I delegated the task to Bunky.

Bunky pretty much had the same results; however, she went and looked up their VP and called him up. She then proceeded to ream him for the craptacular service that their company provides. Apparently our mirror has been in their warehouse since October 11th, and yet there were no records of the mirror being ready to deliver (WTF?!?!?!?!??!). The VP was greatly displeased about this turn of events, and said he had to “get this fixed.” The VP then paid a visit to the customer service center. Damn. Supposedly the mirror will be here Wednesday, or else Bunky is going to have to call up the company CEO.
