Toby Video
It took a while to figure out how to encode video, but it was rather easy with DivX. It came out really nicely, but the quality decreased when I uploaded it to Veoh. Still, it came out much better than when I uploaded it on Google Video. The video recording on the Canon S5 IS is incredible!
The compression rate was quite good, as it dropped from about 120 Mb down to about 10 Mb. It was hard to record and wave the cat toy at the same time, but I was just testing to see how good the frame rate was.

Wow, that is just too cute. Do you have any videos of Toby and Sidney playing together?

Wow, Toby has certainly grown! Does Toby still attack Sydney?

Maybe he will displace Sidney as the Big Cat in the House soon. Too bad you didn’t get any videos of him when he was still tiny…they grow so fast!

I’m surprised too at how fast Toby has grown. Still cute though
Was that noise in the background from that water filter thingie on the floor, or were you frying something in a frying pan?

That was the bell on the cat toy making that noise. Toby always wants to attack Sydney.
Sydney and and Toby “playing” just looks like a squirming ball of fur.

Thanks for the video! For some reason, Toby’s face and eyes reminds me of a snowy owl. Are those his real paws? It looks like he has some socks on.

All Birmans have that gauntlet/glove look, although it is very rare in other breeds and mixes. He’s a seal point Birman, so he has a dark face, and dark ears as well.

Sometimes I find myself watching this video over and over again because Toby is so cute. I like the seal-point Birman look very much!
