Good, then Bad, then Good

Yesterday was such a bad day. Work has been really busy, and I had finally devised a great solution out of a sticky situation. Then, I was informed of some kind of obscure rule, and everything fell apart. This was compounded by me returning home to find that both the cable TV and the cable internet were kaput. As busy as I am, I now have to spend part of my day today waiting for the cable guy. He better show up on time, because we scheduled him right before the cat therapist (yeah… I know…). To make the day that much better, Bunky’s extended family crammed into our small 1BR condo to celebrate her birthday. And by celebrate her birthday, I mean have tons of little cousins scream and run around while hogging the Wii.

However, today, I was able to catch a break and get a loophole out of my work situation. Somehow, the new solution ended up with better results than my original plan. Spectacular. Hopefully I won’t find out tomorrow that everything broke down again.

With continued luck the internet/cable will be fixed today, and Sydney’s therapist will figure out a plan to allow him and Bunky to resolve their differences. I also want to know what exactly a pet therapist does. Thankfully, Bunky did not decide to book a session with the pet psychic.

Hopefully your cable guy will be better than the random time the Time Warner people choose to come look at our stuff. Cat therapist eh? That’s the first time I’ve ever heard of one :P

Is the therapist a cat too?

How do you know what this therapist is telling you is the truth? For all you know, they can just be telling you pure BS and you would have no way to validate it. Why not consult Dr. Google first to see what others did in similar circumstances.

I don’t care what the therapist says. I already know what the problem and solution are, and have put Bunky on the Sydney lovu-lovu plan. However, Bunky wants a second opinion. Maybe I should start writing a best-selling novel about my experiences.

I think the therapist is a human woman, but perhaps she is part cat. For some reason, that question reminded me of this Skittles Commercial.

If she wears nekomimi I might be interested in therapy too.
