Not As Good As Dim Sum At The Kim Sum
While it sucks that I am back in Pittsburgh and I have to work Thursday and Friday, it hasn’t been all bad. With all the college students out, taking the bus to work took about 10 minutes instead of 25 (and the typically full bus only had about 8 people on it). Although I’m not sure that getting to work 15 minutes earlier is really that great…
I’d still rather be shooting a straw animal with a compound bow =(.

So am I, although parking situation is awesome. I can actually park next to our lobby door instead of in never never land.
SO where does one go to shoot straw animals with compound bow?

Houston apparently

Well, there, you answered the question already. What are you doing not coming to Houston? Come come, change plans already. The animals are made of that strange styrofoamy material, but the bows are real and it’s quite fun shooting them. Come on, you KNOW you wanna come to Houston so just come, no need to think about the cost or anything (willing to share in cost). Also, Catnipped has promised to try WoW if you came down! She’s gonna create a NE hunter named Legomyegolas and ninja all the loot!

Haha, not really anything to do with the cost, but rather that I already scheduled to take the last few days off and have work obligations for today and tomorrow. It sounds like a blast, so pretty disappointed I can’t go this year.
BTW, that Night Elf name is so horrible…
Also, I was EB recently and saw a 3rd party vendor’s Xbox360 carrying case/backpack thing. The thought of someone taking that as their carryon had me roffling my waffles.

On a completely different note, I cannot believe people are STILL commenting on that Charlie Horse post….geez. Shouldn’t the title be Alpha Bravo Charlie Horse instead of Alpha Brave Charlie Horse?
By Kabitzin, 12/29/2006 @ 2:02 pm
Yup, corrected, I had it right in my head but typed it incorrectly I guess…
That post comes up on the front page when you search Google for stuff like “charlie horse pain”. There’s actually a lot of advice on the post now, from all the comments that have been added.

Oh yeah, and if you are amazed by those comments, you should see some of Ender’s Gundam posts on the anime blog. The charlie horse post is NOTHING compared to those epic posts.
