I Know a Shortcut

I came upon this odd article

Two policemen dressed as Batman and Robin captured a suspected drugs offender - in a bizarre sting operation.

Ah yes, I can already see this going smoothly through the justice system.

Those inside the house were PLEASED to see the policemen and complained to them about the fancy dress drunks. They then invited the officers in.

However, one of the men inside the house ran out of the back door on seeing the policeman - to where the superheroes were waiting for him.

I’m glad this worked out and all, but how exactly would you explain your reasoning to your boss if the idea flopped? At first I thought this sounded like entrapment or something, but then I realized that officers do this sort of thing all the time. Next year, maybe they will be religion solicitors. Or those guys who ride around with large checks of $1,000,000.

“The Batman costume was quite comfortable and not too restricting. I still managed to jump over the fence.

“But it was difficult finding somewhere to put my CS spray. There was nowhere for the handcuffs, but then Batman does not need handcuffs.”

Ummm, utility belt {Do you have it?}. L2P.

That’s pretty funny! Although to be honest, I couldn’t take seriously a cop who was wearing a leotard!!

If you’re in this town, do you call the police/dial 911… or do you just use the bat signal?
