		<description>Some of the more popular smoothie places over here actually add ice cream (!!!) as the smoothie base, which kinda defeats the whole "healthy" aspect.  But man, does it taste goooood.  I imagine frozen yogurt would also work though.  

I don't know how they get their ice chopped into such fine bits while still maintaining a thick texture though.</description>
