It almost eclipses item #8. Dragon 1, Matthew McConaughey 0 !
Hey now, let’s not lessen the magnitude of that scene. It was the lone comedy relief in that craptastic movie. Equilibrium on the other hand, I actually enjoyed, probably just for the gun kata scenes.
You should still see BB though. It was fun. I actually got to see it last week, and maybe the fact that Christian Bale dropped by to introduce the movie gave me a better impression, but it’s still worth a movie ticket.
Oh I have nothing against Batman Beyond, and hope to see it this weekend. I just have a special place in my heart for super cheesy movies like Equilibrium. Also, I recently read the summary of Reign of Fire… first Christian gets the the girl and the axe, and now he gets to be Batman? Life isn’t fair!
Haha, that ending scene from Reign of Fire was so unintentionally funny. It’s all about the axe!
