Stop Screwing Me!!!
I once told Bunky that when we move from Virginia, I will have this to say about Williamsburg: "I don't hate you, but I won't miss you." Here's another reason why: Williamsburg's only first-run theater closes.
I'm no movie buff, but damnit, how can you be the only movie theater in town and close before Star Wars?! They are building a nice new one (the one that just closed sucked), but it's not due to be done till late August. Why not reap that last windfall and hold out for a month or two more??? I just got home and was going to check out Unleashed, but couldn't find listings for it. When I searched for the theater in Google (thinking that the movie site just wasn't updated), I found that it had closed just last week. WTFDAMNWILLIAMSBURG!

Haha..I grew up in central Florida but I don’t know if I’ve ever been so hot as a day in July when my family went to Colonial Willimasburg. God that day sucked. Also sucks about Star Wars. How far will you have to go to see it? Richmond? Norfolk?

The summers here are so killer, but at least I only have to go to Newport News to see it.

How far away is Newport News? I can’t imagine Williamsburg being as isolated as Ithaca, but I’m trying to put things in perspective…. Is this like Hoytes (or whatever they call it now) @ Pyramid Mall shutting down? O_o The horror.
