Bam!
I can’t stand his show, but I really love Emeril’s pasta sauces. They’re perfect for when I want good pasta sauce and don’t feel like making it myself. His stuff is a little bit pricier, but sometimes it’s on sale and I load up.

I’ve always wondered how often Emeril actually uses the phrases “Bam!” and “Kick it up a notch!” in everyday conversations. If it was me, I’d be so sick of those phrases by now that I’d avoid them like the devil. Can you imagine how often people must come up to him and say “Bam!” or “Kick it up a notch!” and expect him to find it funny? The man must have the patience of a sloth.
